• If I want to make order more than once, do I need to pay extra shipment charges?
  ANS:No, shipping charges will be based on number of trips. Single trip will charge you single shipment charges irrespective of products’ quantity.
   

• Do I need to create an account for shopping ?
  ANS: No ,you don’t need to create any account, payment will be based on cash on delivery.
   

• What are the shipment charges?
  ANS: Shipping charges in all over Karachi territory ,trip charges are 70 rupees.Trips are also count in exchange policy ,refund policy and warranty claim.

• What  should I do if I want to order outside from Karachi?
  ANS: you should mention your tehsil/state in message section that is present in order page, then our 'CSR' will contact you and guide you in money transaction matter, we do not provide cash on delivery facilities out of Karachi.
   

• How can I get product code?
  ANS: It’s very simple, just read the summary of our product, all the information is present there. If you want only product code for order or any query, then just read first line of product summary , each and every product’s summary start with the product code.
   

• Is there any warranty claim available?
  ANS: It depends on your product class.
   

• What is product class?
  ANS: Product class is specification for the quality of products, product class is also responsible for long/short warranty claim, there are three product classes are there: '*,** and ***'
   

• What is meant by class *?
  ANS: Class '*'
  ' is the quality product, that's mean your product is a branded product, and they manufacture from England ,Germany Japan etc.

• class '*' product have warranty claim either of 3/6/12 months or its depends on the company’s  warranty policy.
   

• What is meant by  class ** ?
  ANS: Class '**'
  is the product of china and Korea, they are not branded product but look like as branded product.This type of product have only one week warranty claim, they are very sensitive product ,care is must if you bit miner careless than your product will be very close to damage.
     

• What is meant by class ***?
  ANS: Class '***'
  is the local product they are not manufacture in factory like class '* and **', they have no warranty claim,sometimes these of products lasting more than class '* and ** but basically they made in local warehouses , that's why no warranty policy is available.
   

• Why 'PKSHOP' rates are less  than market rates?
  ANS:  PKSHOP deals directly from consumers, manufacturers, company or factories, therefore our products rate are
  less than retailers rate.

• How long do I need to wait for delivery?
  ANS: After confirmation call, the product will be on your doorstep within 2-4 hours. Our 'CSR' will response to your order request immediately, when they receive it.

• How can claim my warranty?
  ANS: When you receive your order, cut warranty panel that is present on the bottom. 'PKSHOP' embed your warranty chit.
   

• How can I exchange my product if color or size is not suitable for me?ANS: You have to exchange within 24 hours after ordering your product.
   

• How can I draw back my money if I’m not satisfied with the product?ANS: Refund is possible if and only if product has valid claim, warranty should not be claimed after 24 hour, and if find any evidence or corroboration against act of warranty claim, than this product warranty count will be zero.
   

• What is the warranty policy?
  ANS: Do not use against the instruction manual, otherwise your warranty act does count in illegal operations and consume your remaining warranty will be zero.
